Wash day

Wash day, three ways

Pick the routine that matches the time you have and the state your hair is in. Every step lists the exact Kyso product it needs.

Option one · about 45 minutes

The quick wash

For hair that is behaving. Fortnightly maintenance when you have a Saturday morning, not a Saturday.

01

5 min

Clarify the scalp

Almond + Avocado Scalp Clarifying Shampoo. Lather into the scalp only, rinse, repeat if there is heavy build-up.

02

10 min

Deep condition

Deep Moisturizing Conditioner through the length. Leave while you do something else, rinse cool.

03

10 min

Detangle & leave in

Softening Detangling Leave-In on damp hair, section by section, ends up.

04

10 min

Seal & style

Moisturizing Hair Butter to seal, then Hair Growth Oil on scalp and edges.

Option two · about 90 minutes

The full reset

For flaking, itching, build-up or a scalp that has been ignored. Once a month.

01

10 min

Exfoliate the scalp

Peppermint Exfoliating Scalp Scrub on a wet scalp, in circles, before any shampoo.

02

8 min

Detox wash

Peppermint Detoxifying Scalp Shampoo. Massage in, leave three minutes, rinse.

03

20 min

Deep condition

Deep Moisturizing Conditioner. Cover with a cap, leave the full twenty minutes.

04

15 min

Detangle, seal, treat

Leave-in, Hair Butter to seal, then Peppermint Scalp Balm or Oil on the scalp.

05

Nightly after

Keep it going

Biotin Hair Booster Serum on scalp and edges twice a day. This is the step that changes things.

Option three · every 3–4 weeks

The protein day

Only when hair is snapping, shedding or feels stretchy when wet. Protein is medicine, not a daily vitamin.

01

5 min

Clarify first

Scalp Clarifying Shampoo. Protein cannot bind through build-up.

02

15 min

Protein treatment

Repair Protein Deep Conditioner with keratin and soy. Do not exceed the time.

03

20 min

Follow with moisture

Deep Moisturizing Conditioner straight after. Skipping this makes protein feel hard.

04

10 min

Style soft

Aloe Vera Hydrating Spray, then Curl Defining Pudding Cream or Anti Frizz Mousse.
